The Management Development department of BATC is responsible for managing, organizing, conducting, coordinating, and keeping records of various training programs (foundation, orientation, senior management, station management, junior management, office management, skill development, regulatory, promotional requirement, core security, information technology, disciplinary procedures, nothi etc.) to facilitate the attitudinal realignment of the attendees acclimating with the changing needs and contemporary requirements.
